Do Not Call Policy
List Building Lifestyle DBA ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our consumers. 1. Do Not Call Registry:
List Building Lifestyle respects and observes the National Do Not Call Registry. If your telephone number is on this registry, we will not call you for telemarketing purposes.
2. Internal Do Not Call List:
In addition to the National Do Not Call Registry, we maintain our own internal Do Not Call list. If you tell us you do not want to be called for marketing purposes, we will add your name and telephone number to our internal DNC list.

4. Exemptions:
According to FTC rules, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or our internal DNC list, we may still contact you under certain exemptions, such as if you have recently done business with us or if you have given us written permission to call you.
5. Third-Party Marketing:
We will not share, rent, or sell your information to third parties for telemarketing purposes. If we have a relationship with a third party that you have an existing business relationship with, we will respect your request to be added to our internal DNC list regarding that third party.
6. Policy Violations and Complaints:
If you believe you have received a call in violation of this policy, please contact us immediately at the address provided above. Include the date and time of the call, the phone number called, and, if possible, the name of the representative who called you.
7. Training and Compliance:
Our employees receive training on the rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry, as well as our internal DNC policy. We have procedures in place to ensure compliance with these regulations.
